STEP 1
GATHERING ALL INTEL
You can’t start a project without learning from the client. And so, we always start by digging in the information we receive and talk it trough.
Talking about the first setup of the required project, of assessing the standard specifications which have been used for years, we like to do it.
Only in this way, we can make a clean en efficient start, so no time will be lost when the reviews start.
STEP 2
NON-STOP REVIEW PHASE
Everyone knows the famous 30% – 60% and 90% reviews, but are those 3 witness points enough? For us, the answers is definitely no.
We tend to pull every projectmember into the design by regularly handing over temperary models and asking their opinion.
One designer may deliver a solid result, but the combined input of several engineers and designers, when carefully managed, always returns high quality engineering.
STEP 3
DELIVERY & FOLLOW UP SERVICE
Once all information and designs get frozen, we hand the project over to the contractors.
They will receive all required documents for offering a clear proposal, and later on a construction package.
During the inquiry and construction process, we always deliver the right service to keep everything on track.
